After high school, DuBose opted to join Miles College.

In 2019 as a freshman DuBose saw action in just one game for the Golden Bears as he made one reception for only 6 yards for an average of 6.0 yards per reception, with no TDs, and only QB rating when targeted of 56.3.

After season's end DuBose transferred to Charlotte where as a sophomore in 2021 he played in 12 games and had 61 catches for 889 yards for an average of 14.6 yards per catch, with 6 TDs, and QB rating when targeted of 95.6.

As a junior in 2022 he played 12 games and hauled in 63 catches for 793 yards for an average of 12.6 yards per catch, with 9 TDs, and QB rating when targeted of 94.5.
Scouting Report: Strengths
  • DuBose runs precise routes, showing an innate feel for setting up defensive backs to create separation.
  • An elusive and creative runner in space, DuBose has the lateral agility and stop-start ability to make tacklers swing and miss. He shows good hands and coordination as an underneath catch-and-run target.
  • He’s extremely dangerous in the open field, showing the vision and creativity to run through entire defenses.
  • Has a knack for getting open and is a quarterback's best friend - passers just need to toss the ball in his area and he'll come down with it.
  • Good quickness off the line. Has size and quickness to get off NFL press.
  • DuBose also has value as a catch-and-run threat, running hard and consistently picking up yards after the catch.
  • Does not have exceptional straight-line speed but takes advantage of open seams when his quarterback is on target.
Scouting Report: Weaknesses
  • DuBose isn’t going to overwhelm opposing defensive backs with speed and athleticism.
  • Physically, DuBose profiles as a guy who should have success facing the quarterback, but he struggles to gear down and make the necessary sharp cuts to create separation underneath.
  • He’ll have to develop a better feel for sitting down against zone coverage.

*Percentile Ranking in Player's Position Group (NFL Combine Historical Data): This percentile reflects how a player's specific statistics rank in comparison to historical performances at the NFL Combine, specifically within their position group. A higher percentile indicates a better performance. For instance, being in the 90th percentile for a particular stat means the player outperformed 90% of their peers in that category.

*Similarity Percentage: This percentage is calculated based on a comprehensive analysis of various factors, including height, weight, 40-yard dash times, on-field performance statistics, and overall player rating. The analysis is conducted against our database of draft prospects from 2021 to 2023. This similarity score helps in evaluating how closely a current prospect aligns with past prospects. It is important to note, however, that this score reflects similarities based on college production and attributes, and does not account for eventual success or performance in the NFL.
