Draft Profile: Bio
A graduate transfer from Alabama to UCF, Amari Kight started 10 games at right tackle for the Knights in 2023. The former four-star recruit from Thompson High School in Alabama played a crucial role in UCF's offensive success, helping the team rank fourth nationally in rushing offense (228.2 yards per game) and eighth in total offense (487.0 yards per game). Prior to UCF, Kight served as Alabama's backup left tackle, appearing in 12 games in 2022 and seeing action in multiple seasons including the 2021 College Football Playoff.At Thompson High School, Kight was ranked as the No. 8 offensive tackle by ESPN and earned first-team all-state recognition. His high school career culminated in an appearance in the Under Armour All-America Game and the Alabama-Mississippi All-Star Game.
