Scouting Report: Strengths
- Moussa has good arm talent, and it could get better as Moussa polishes his mechanics and footwork.
- Sprays the ball anywhere on the field, especially when given a pocket from which to deliver. Will step up into pocket while looking downfield, reset his feet and deliver.
- He’s an athlete who runs well and must be accounted for in the read-option game.
- Very confident passer and shows good accuracy and feel when in rhythm. Showed better ball placement from past years and throws very catchable passes. Puts too much air in some of his throws and needs to show a lower trajectory on deep throws.
- He thrives when he’s extending plays. He’s a loose athlete who should be able to clean up his mechanics at the next level. He’ll hang in and take big hits.
- Moussa possesses a nice combination of size, athleticism, arm strength and he sells ball fakes effectively.
Scouting Report: Weaknesses
- Moussa often plays out of control. His mechanics are sloppy, particularly his footwork, and his decision making is suspect.
- Has struggled with his decision-making and needs to improve his pre-snap recognition skills to read defenses and see blitzes. Doesn't decipher information as quickly as you would like, but does see the entire field and understands coverage.
- His mechanics are hit-or-miss as Moussa struggles to remain consistent. His stride is inconsistent, leading to sporadic accuracy.

For instance, being in the 90th percentile for a particular stat means the player outperformed 90% of their peers in that category.
*Similarity Percentage: This percentage is calculated based on a comprehensive analysis of various factors, including height, weight, 40-yard dash times, on-field performance statistics, and overall player rating. The analysis is conducted against our database of draft prospects from 2021 to 2023. This similarity score helps in evaluating how closely a current prospect aligns with past prospects. It is important to note, however, that this score reflects similarities based on college production and attributes, and does not account for eventual success or performance in the NFL.
