Draft Profile: Bio
Jaden Rashada's recruitment became one of the most publicized in recent memory: the four-star from Pittsburg High School in California signed with Florida, was released from his letter of intent after a reported NIL agreement collapsed, and landed at Arizona State. As a freshman in 2023 he started the opener and threw for 485 yards and four touchdowns in three games before an injury ended his year. He transferred to Georgia in 2024 but never appeared in a game for the Bulldogs.Rashada moved to Sacramento State in April 2025 and started the opener at South Dakota State, completing 11 of 27 passes for 112 yards. He hurt his thumb the following week at Nevada and was limited afterward, finishing 16 of 41 for 239 yards, one touchdown and one interception across six appearances, including an 88-yard, one-touchdown relief outing against Central Arkansas.
In January 2026 Rashada committed to Mississippi State, making the Bulldogs his fourth school in four years; he arrives in Starkville with two seasons of eligibility remaining.

The 2025 sample was tiny and injury-shortened, his production has never matched the hype across four programs, his frame is thin and needs functional weight, and his completion rate cratered in limited FCS reps. The processing and the consistency are simply unproven. For now, he is a traits-and-pedigree flier whose evaluation needs a healthy 2026 at Mississippi State before any of it can be judged. Until then, the grade rests almost entirely on the recruiting pedigree and a handful of flashes rather than any sustained production.
