Isaiah Neyor from Lamar High School was rated a After high school, Neyor opted to join Wyoming.

In 2019 as a freshman Neyor saw action in just 2 games for the Cowboys and didn't feature in the passing game.

As a sophomore in 2020 he played 6 games and had just 8 catches for 248 yards for an average of 31.0 yards per catch, with no TDs, and just QB rating when targeted of 43.5.

As a junior in 2021 he played 13 games and hauled in 44 catches for 878 yards for an average of 20.0 yards per catch, with 12 TDs, and an excellent QB rating when targeted of 120.8.

After the end of the season Neyor transferred to Texas where as a senior in 2023 he played just one game and had just one catch for just 14 yards for an average of 14.0 yards per catch, no TDs, and QB rating when targeted of 72.9.
Scouting Report: Strengths
  • Neyor has reliable hands and shows the willingness to make catches in traffic over the middle.
  • Physical player able to get off press coverage to release up the sideline or position himself inside the cornerback on slants and crossing routes.
  • He is quicker than fast and lacks elite wheels to simply blow by defenders, but Neyor has good football speed.
  • Neyor catches the ball with his large, soft hands and is tough. Deceptive jets and a smooth route runner.
  • Strong runner with the ball with enough agility to make defenders miss in the open field.
  • Has long arms to stiff-arm defensive backs in the open field. Willing to lower his pads to run through tackles for extra yardage. Goes over the middle, can spin out of tackles and take the big hit.
Scouting Report: Weaknesses
  • Neyor really isn’t a guy who will create a lot of separation.
  • Neyor seems comfortable in traffic to the point where Neyor doesn’t make the effort to create separation.
  • Does not own elite speed. Freezes at times when trying to juke defenders in space. Walls off his man as a blocker, allowing them to shed and make the play outside.
