Scouting Report: Strengths
- Exceptionally quick, with the feet and fluidity to mirror underneath, including in the slot against the two-way go. Garror stays low in his backpedal and explodes toward the ball, with an outstanding closing burst.
- Flashes good ball skills. He has the fluidity and change-of-direction ability to mirror quicker receivers underneath.
- Shows the click-and-close ability to backpedal and the ball skills to make plays. Garror has loose hips to go along with good top-end speed, and Garror can flip around to turn and run in coverage.
- Has the change-of-direction ability to mirror underneath but did solid work out of press and off coverage.
- Instinctive, adept at reading routes and anticipating throws, and strong in zone coverage.
- Trusts his eyes with very good awareness. Has very good reaction skills to break quickly on the ball.
Scouting Report: Weaknesses
- Isn’t overly physical and might struggle to win early against bigger receivers in the NFL. He’s also underpowered in run support, not aggressive enough coming downhill, and too much of a grab-and-drag tackler.
- Needs to develop a better understanding of route combinations and better overall vision.
- Lacks a physical element to his game, and Garror doesn’t have a frame that can carry a lot of weight. He’ll get outmuscled at the top of routes by bigger receivers.
