Scouting Report: Strengths
- Walker has an impressive blend of length and movement skills, capable of dominating shorter interior blockers as a penetrator and showing lateral agility in addition to speed in pursuit.
- Delivers a strong punch and uses his hands to shed blocks to make plays in the hole or outside the box. Uses lower-body strength to anchor inside.
- Combines excellent power with initial quickness, but one of his best attributes are his violent hands, which Walker uses with impressive precision.
- Possesses the length and power to ward off offensive tackles.
- Strength gives ends a chance to twist inside and linebackers free lane to the passer on blitzes.
- Walker is strong enough in the lower body to hold up at the point of attack, and he displays a good feel as a grappler in the phone booth, consistently getting blockers off-balance before sending them to the ground.
Scouting Report: Weaknesses
- Walker remains a bit raw, as Walker is inconsistent with his hand use and lacks violence in his hands
- Because he doesn’t show much variety in his pass-rush moves, he may have to come offthe field on third downs.
- Walker lacks overall physicality and often plays with poor balance.
