Cox forms part of a great group of linebackers in the 2021 class showing great size and speed. He was an FCS transfer who has made the most of his opportunity in 2020 to solidify his position amongst those other great LB prospects. Jabril is explosive but its not just downhill speed and acceleration he has great lateral mobility as well and can cover a lot of ground which makes him a danger for offenses in the short passing game (he has collected an impressive 9 intertceptions to date and over 20 passes deflected). Still relatively raw and requires coaching and development but an intriguing prospect with all the tools to succeed.
