Every board in the league had McGregor lower, and that gap is the story. They covered a lot of ground and still skipped interior defensive lineman, which is a strange place to end up.

That Mitchell pick is the receipt they will wave around later. They left with quarterback solved and the rest of the wish list mostly ticked off.

Bottom line, they will need several of these picks to beat their grades just to break even, and interior defensive lineman is still a hole.
