Start where it matters. The Steelers took J.J. McCarthy to run the offense for the next decade, and every other decision this weekend bends around that one.

They will answer for taking defensive back early while interior defensive lineman, safety and other spots went begging. Leaving interior defensive lineman unaddressed is the roster risk they will have to answer for in the fall. If McCarthy pans out, nobody remembers the price.
