If confidence were a draft strategy, the Bears would have aced it. Johnny Wilson at slot 75 is 50 spots clear of where he belonged.

That interior defensive lineman hole did not close this weekend, and it was the biggest one on the wall. Clayton Tune gives the group a proven body among the projects. They squeezed a little extra out of every move they made.

The roster is better shaped than it was, with edge rusher chief among the fixes.

All told, a solid class that does its job everywhere but interior defensive lineman.
