Best value of the weekend goes to the Patriots for Leonard: B+. The rest of the league will want that one back. Riley Leonard tumbling to the Patriots in slot 168 is a gift they did not have to think twice about. It nets out to a B+, which feels about right.
They will need Mukuba to outplay his draft slot in a hurry to justify it. The phones were where this weekend was really won.
They covered a lot of ground and still skipped edge rusher, which is a strange place to end up. The veteran additions, Zay Jones chief among them, give the class a floor the rookies alone would not.
Bottom line, more hits than misses and a roster nudged the right way.
