Harden should have been long gone. The Patriots pounced, and earned a C+.

Somebody took the Patriots to the cleaners. The deals they made bled real value, and the whole class wears it. It washes out to a C+, no better and no worse.

On value alone, Harden makes the weekend a net positive. The safety spot stays a question, and it was the one they most needed an answer at.

Edge rusher is handled and the depth chart looks a good deal healthier for it.

So much rides on Marvin Harrison Jr. that the real verdict is a season or two away.
