Call it larceny. Cade Stover sat on the board until pick 114, and the 49ers did not need to be asked twice. Solid and sensible more than spectacular: a B.

They will regret leaving wide receiver for another day if the season turns on it. The 49ers indulged a want in Solomon while a need in wide receiver, running back and other spots stayed open.

If Solomon pans out, nobody remembers the price. If not, this is the pick they hear about.

Nothing here to lose sleep over, and plenty to feel decent about.
