Quarterback settled, Daniels in the fold, and a B+ for the Patriots.

Start where it matters. The Patriots took Jayden Daniels to run the offense for the next decade, and every other decision this weekend bends around that one. Call it a sensible B+, earned the boring way.

Bortolini has a lot of ground to make up just to look fairly priced. The trade ledger is the best part of the whole weekend.

The Proctor steal is the beam this whole class leans on. The Stover pick reads as want over need, and the roster will feel it at tight end.

They covered a lot of ground and still skipped tight end, which is a strange place to end up.

A workmanlike haul that should hold up just fine.
