This is the pick they will still be bragging about in July: Cooper Beebe, the No. 75 name on the board, stolen at slot 111. Call it a sensible B, earned the boring way.

The dealing alone would carry a lesser class. Leaving edge rusher unaddressed is the roster risk they will have to answer for in the fall. Every board in the league had Allen lower, and that gap is the story.

The Bears clearly valued win-now help, adding bodies who have done it before.

Good work on the whole, with edge rusher the one box left unchecked.
