This is the pick they will still be bragging about in July: Javon Baker, the No. 186 name on the board, stolen at No. 216. A dependable weekend that grades out a B-.

For all the activity, edge rusher went untouched, which is hard to explain. They will need Watson to outplay his draft slot in a hurry to justify it. Job largely done: cornerback settled and 4 of 8 of the wish list covered.

Nearly every premium pick went to that side of the ball.

In sum, a sensible class that nudges the roster the right way.
