A sensible, unshowy class lands the Steelers a B-.

The tape said wait; the Steelers did not. Keith Randolph Jr. went at pick 121, a good 29 picks before the board was ready. They moved the roster forward and banked a B- for it.

That is a wide receiver worth more than the slot they spent on him, plainly. Leaving interior defensive lineman unaddressed is the roster risk they will have to answer for in the fall.

Quarterback is handled and the depth chart looks a good deal healthier for it.

In short, they left a little better than they arrived, which is the whole idea.
