The war room fell hard for Sedrick Van Pran, and it showed at the Round 2 slot: 24 picks ahead of a board that had other ideas.

The Van Pran pick is fine in a vacuum, less so with interior defensive lineman, edge rusher and other spots still on the board. The interior defensive lineman hole is the one line item this class does not answer.

However the rest shakes out, Carlies at that price is a win they earned.
