If confidence were a draft strategy, the Cardinals would have aced it. Zion Nelson at pick No. 169 is 80 spots clear of where he belonged. The good and the questionable cancel out to a C.

The trade table is where this weekend went wrong. For all the activity, tight end went untouched, which is hard to explain.

The Cowing pick alone nudges the whole weekend up a notch.
