Call it a hunch or call it a gamble, but the 49ers spent slot 131 on Zion Tupuola-Fetui, a name most had 85 spots down the list. Put together, it is a D-.

The dealing is the wound this class cannot quite close. With running back, quarterback and other spots unsolved, spending premium capital on cornerback is the choice that costs them.

If this class has a fault line, it runs straight through running back.

Add it up and it is a weekend the front office will hope everyone forgets, running back very much included.
