The Bears finally solved quarterback, and it carried them to a D.

The trade table was where it all came apart. The Bears shipped out far more than they hauled back, and no amount of spin dresses up the bill. It grades a D, and the process earned it.

So much rides on Caleb Williams that the rest of the class almost grades on a curve behind him. They are betting Rice proves the room right and everyone else wrong. That interior defensive lineman hole did not close this weekend, and it was the biggest one on the wall.

Bottom line, they will be counting on several picks to beat their grades.
