Start where it matters. The Patriots took Jayden Daniels to run the offense for the next decade, and every other decision this weekend bends around that one. Some smart calls, some head-scratchers, and a C- in the wash.

The cost of the Cephus reach is exactly the players who went right after him. They handed away value on the phones that the picks cannot earn back. Leaving interior defensive lineman unaddressed is the roster risk they will have to answer for in the fall.

If Jayden Daniels and a couple of the gambles land, hindsight will be kinder than this grade.
