There is conviction, and then there is this. The Vikings took Myles Cole a full 52 picks ahead of where the board had him, an overdraft steep enough that it colors the whole weekend. Nothing here to lose sleep over; call it a B+.

The phones were where this weekend was really won. Getting Liufau where they did is the sort of value that quietly makes a class.

DaVon Hamilton gives the group a proven body among the projects.

Bottom line, more hits than misses and a roster nudged the right way.
