The Tommy Eichenberg selection is the head-turner. The Packers reached 37 spots for him, and it will define how this weekend is remembered. Call it a sensible B, earned the boring way.

The Eichenberg pick reads as want over need, and the roster will feel it at quarterback and wide receiver. The Bailey pick is the one they will point to when this weekend is judged. They punted on quarterback, and it is the miss that keeps the grade honest.

Edge rusher is handled and the depth chart looks a good deal healthier for it.
