The Commanders torched the value chart for Carson Steele, taking him 93 spots sooner than anyone had him slotted. It nets out to a B, which feels about right.

The Rosengarten pick alone nudges the whole weekend up a notch. It is not that Stover is a bad player; it is that the Commanders had louder needs to answer first.

A whole weekend of picks and tight end is somehow still a want.

Nothing here to lose sleep over, and plenty to feel decent about.
