The Bears found their guy under center in Daniels: A-. After circling the position for what felt like forever, the Bears committed. Jayden Daniels is the quarterback now, and the roster gets built to his timeline.
Jones at that cost is the sort of edge that compounds over a roster. They robbed the room blind at the table, and it lifts the grade on its own. The interior defensive lineman spot stays a question, and it was the one they most needed an answer at.
They will need Van Pran to outplay his draft slot in a hurry to justify it.
Add it up and few war rooms did better this weekend, Jayden Daniels and all.
