The move everyone will second-guess came early. The Cardinals reached some 80 spots for Isaiah Davis, and value like that does not grow back. It nets out a thoroughly average C-.

They lost the exchange badly enough to drag the whole class down. They will answer for taking defensive back early while edge rusher went begging.

That edge rusher hole did not close this weekend, and it was the biggest one on the wall. Quarterback was the priority and it is no longer a question, which is most of the job.

So much rides on Kool-Aid McKinstry that the real verdict is a season or two away.
