The Steelers kept it disciplined and banked a B.

The curious call sets the tone. With edge rusher, running back and other spots still glaring, the Steelers used Round 2, Pick 22 on Zach Frazier, an offensive lineman they were not exactly short of.

They will regret leaving edge rusher for another day if the season turns on it. On value alone, Jackson makes the weekend a net positive. Reaching for Frazier left real value on the table behind him.

The trade work was a quiet net positive.
