Every so often the board makes a mistake, and the Cowboys were there to profit. Conner Weigman, the No. 99 name on the board, should have been long gone before the 169th overall pick. The bottom line is a respectable B-.

They will need Collins to outplay his draft slot in a hurry to justify it. They punted on cornerback, and it is the miss that keeps the grade honest.
