Boards are made to be trusted, and the 49ers shredded theirs for Andru Phillips. He came off 55 spots early, and the room will hear about it. It does the job without flash, and the B- reflects it.

They covered a lot of ground and still skipped interior defensive lineman, which is a strange place to end up. If one pick saves this weekend, it is McCaffrey.

In sum, a sturdy weekend with one asterisk, the interior defensive lineman spot they never got to.
