A costly weekend of dealing drags the 49ers to a D.

Every swap seemed to tilt away from the 49ers, and the value they bled adds up to real damage. Too much went sideways, and the D is the honest tally.

The cost of the Cephus reach is exactly the players who went right after him. A whole weekend of picks and interior defensive lineman is somehow still a want. That is a linebacker worth more than the slot they spent on him, plainly.

Offensive lineman is handled and the depth chart looks a good deal healthier for it.

Bottom line, they will need several of these picks to beat their grades just to break even.
