Every so often the board makes a mistake, and the 49ers were there to profit. Marcus Rosemy-Jacksaint, the No. 195 name on the board, should have been long gone before the 251st overall pick. Solid and sensible more than spectacular: a B.

Every board in the league had Cephus lower, and that gap is the story. They will regret leaving interior defensive lineman for another day if the season turns on it. A small leak at the table, if not a fatal one.

They left with offensive lineman solved and the rest of the wish list mostly ticked off.

All told, a solid class that does its job everywhere but interior defensive lineman.
