The war room fell hard for Sedrick Van Pran, and it showed at No. 53: 43 picks ahead of a board that had other ideas.

The quarterback hole is the one line item this class does not answer. The Solomon pick is fine in a vacuum, less so with quarterback, interior defensive lineman and other spots still on the board. Cornerback is handled and the depth chart looks a good deal healthier for it.

The back end got a real overhaul.

If Terrion Arnold and a couple of the gambles land, hindsight will be kinder than this grade.
