Somewhere a general manager is explaining how Jeremiah Trotter Jr. got past him. The Eagles do not have to explain a thing at Round 4, Pick 28. The final tally is a middling C-.
They lost the exchange badly enough to drag the whole class down. A whole weekend of picks and edge rusher is somehow still a want.
A perfectly average weekend, for better and for worse.
