The Steelers spent the weekend waiting on one name, and it fell: Jonah Elliss, the No. 51 name on the board, in Round 3, Pick 16.

For all the activity, quarterback went untouched, which is hard to explain. The Steelers indulged a want in Beebe while a need in quarterback, safety and other spots stayed open. The Mondon Jr. reach is the anchor dragging on the value grade.

Interior defensive lineman is handled and the depth chart looks a good deal healthier for it.

Not a headline-grabber, but a perfectly good weekend's work.
