A tiny receiver (just 5'9") Tutu joins a large and talented crop of WR prospects in this year's draft. After a breakout year in 2019 he had a less productive one in 2020 as he dealt with a few injuries and teams were more aware of what he is capable of doing. In 2019 he led the ACC with over 1,200 receiving yards and 12 touchdowns.

A shifty player slot with blazing speed (reported 4.28 in the past), Louisville coaches liked to either hit Tutu with a quick-hitter and let him make a play or send him deep on nine-routes. Very few players have the kind of speed Tutu does in fact he made it onto our fastest players in the NFL draft list at position # 2.

The main knock on Atwell is an obvious one: he is built for speed no doubt, but he certainly isn't built to take a pounding in the NFL - as he is comically thin and we worry whether he can develop into anything other than a deep threat. It would be dangerous to send him over the middle as it's unlikely he would survive for long.

Atwell could also could stand to improve in a number of key areas, including route running and his hands.

We expect him to be picked early in the second round.

*Percentile Ranking in Player's Position Group (NFL Combine Historical Data): This percentile reflects how a player's specific statistics rank in comparison to historical performances at the NFL Combine, specifically within their position group. A higher percentile indicates a better performance. For instance, being in the 90th percentile for a particular stat means the player outperformed 90% of their peers in that category.

*Similarity Percentage: This percentage is calculated based on a comprehensive analysis of various factors, including height, weight, 40-yard dash times, on-field performance statistics, and overall player rating. The analysis is conducted against our database of draft prospects from 2021 to 2023. This similarity score helps in evaluating how closely a current prospect aligns with past prospects. It is important to note, however, that this score reflects similarities based on college production and attributes, and does not account for eventual success or performance in the NFL.
