Scouting Report: Strengths
  • Effective grappling in the phone booth, with the upper-body strength and strong hands to outbattle defenders. Warren also shows a good understanding of angles when moving out to the second level
  • In the run game, Warren shows good burst off the line of scrimmage, with the ability to win at the point of attack. He has enough speed and athleticism to move to the second level and land blocks.
  • Consistently lands blocks at the second level, and he finishes strong. As a pass protector, he has violent, heavy hands. Along with a strong initial punch, he has the hand strength to grip and redirect pass rushers.
  • Shows good quickness and flexibility on reach blocks, and he has enough range to get out as a puller.
  • He’s a fluid mover in pass protection, with great coordination between his upper and lower body. Warren sets with a wide base, has the requisite core strength and plays with natural balance, capable of sitting back and handling power.
Scouting Report: Weaknesses
  • Can be a tick slow at the snap when asked to pass protect, and at times Warren looks hesitant when facing stunts and twists.
  • Stops his feet after initial contact, relying on length but allowing defender to get the corner or spin inside.
  • Can struggle to stay engaged, especially on the second level. His hand placement can be sloppy, costing him power.
  • Needs to prove his worth in a straight-ahead running game.

*Percentile Ranking in Player's Position Group (NFL Combine Historical Data): This percentile reflects how a player's specific statistics rank in comparison to historical performances at the NFL Combine, specifically within their position group. A higher percentile indicates a better performance. For instance, being in the 90th percentile for a particular stat means the player outperformed 90% of their peers in that category.

*Similarity Percentage: This percentage is calculated based on a comprehensive analysis of various factors, including height, weight, 40-yard dash times, on-field performance statistics, and overall player rating. The analysis is conducted against our database of draft prospects from 2021 to 2023. This similarity score helps in evaluating how closely a current prospect aligns with past prospects. It is important to note, however, that this score reflects similarities based on college production and attributes, and does not account for eventual success or performance in the NFL.
