Scouting Report: Strengths
- Patient and flexible in his drops and looks natural in space. Aggressive with an active playing style to work through the action - doesn't back down against the run
- Does a very good job of reading the eyes of the quarterback and reacting with good field awareness and ball skills.
- Reads and deciphers quickly, reacting in a flash with a nose for the ball. Jumps routes and drives fast on plays in front of him.
- Conley has the ability to move down and cover tight ends, with the fluid hips to turn and the speed to run with anyone down the middle of the field.
- A tough, fearless athlete who plays with a physical and aggressive mentality on the football field.
- He’s also very good in zone coverage, showing a great understanding of routes and the ability to close quickly.
Scouting Report: Weaknesses
- Conley is very disruptive at all levels of the field, and his versatile experience will be enticing, but a lot of teams will see more tweener traits than versatile ability.
- Gave up far too many big plays in college, especially concerning since Conley has recovery speed to make up for missteps.
- Willing but not threatening tackler. Doesn't have the quick-twitch reaction when he gears down to rebuild to top speed. More instinctive than explosive.

*Similarity Percentage: This percentage is calculated based on a comprehensive analysis of various factors, including height, weight, 40-yard dash times, on-field performance statistics, and overall player rating. The analysis is conducted against our database of draft prospects from 2021 to 2023. This similarity score helps in evaluating how closely a current prospect aligns with past prospects. It is important to note, however, that this score reflects similarities based on college production and attributes, and does not account for eventual success or performance in the NFL.
