Larceny in pick No. 39 lands the Giants a B+, Turner and all.

Every so often the board makes a mistake, and the Giants were there to profit. Dallas Turner, the No. 14 name on the board, should have been long gone before Round 2, Pick 7. A dependable weekend that grades out a B+.

A whole weekend of picks and running back is somehow still a want. The trade work was a quiet net positive.

The roster is better shaped than it was, with interior defensive lineman chief among the fixes.

All told, a solid class that does its job everywhere but running back.

Kamari Lassiter is a better player than No. 43 suggests; smart patience, rewarded. It patches a soft spot without any drama.

They robbed the room for Jordan Morgan here, a fall nobody at the table saw coming. The biggest hole on the depth chart just got a whole lot smaller.
