Somewhere a scout is still blinking. The Colts spent Round 5, Pick 17 on Christian Jones, a name the board had a full 44 spots lower. Nothing here to lose sleep over; call it a B+.

Every deal seemed to tilt their way, which is not luck. The quarterback hole is the one line item this class does not answer. Hicks at that cost is the sort of edge that compounds over a roster.

The Josh Myers pickup adds a known quantity to a class of unknowns.
