The steal of the weekend belongs to the Bears and Watts: C+.

The best pick of the weekend was also the simplest. The Bears watched Xavier Watts slide 54 picks past his grade and did not hesitate. For now it grades a C+, with the swing picks left to settle the rest.

The trades bled value they could not afford to lose. It is not that Watts is a bad player; it is that the Bears had louder needs to answer first. A whole weekend of picks and cornerback is somehow still a want.

It grades out a shrug today, with plenty of room to move either way.
