You can usually follow a front office's logic. This one is harder. The Steelers spent the 119th overall pick on Blake Fisher while quarterback, running back and other spots sat unaddressed. Nothing here to lose sleep over; call it a B.

For all the activity, quarterback went untouched, which is hard to explain. On value alone, Smith makes the weekend a net positive.

The Ford pick is the one the value grade keeps tripping over.
