The Giants spent the pick that matters most on Cam Ward, and a roster that has been waiting on a passer can start to take shape. A sturdy weekend that grades out a B.

On value alone, Taylor makes the weekend a net positive. They covered a lot of ground and still skipped wide receiver, which is a strange place to end up.

They went 7 of 9 on their needs, which is most of what a draft is for. The offense got the lion's share of the attention.
