You build a draft on nights like this. Kurtis Rourke had no business being available in pick No. 207, and the Patriots did the only sane thing and turned in the card. It nets out to a B, which feels about right.

A whole weekend of picks and safety is somehow still a want. Mike Hilton gives the group a proven body among the projects. Stockpiling next year's capital is patient, if unglamorous, asset work.
