The tape said wait; the Dolphins did not. Phillip Webb went at Round 7, Pick 37, a good 93 picks before the board was ready. Good, not great, and the B- says as much.

Getting Emmanwori where they did is the sort of value that quietly makes a class. The wide receiver spot stays a question, and it was the one they most needed an answer at. Quarterback was the priority and it is no longer a question, which is most of the job.
