Nubin should have been long gone. The Chiefs pounced, and earned a B-.

This is the pick they will still be bragging about in July: Tyler Nubin, the No. 30 name on the board, stolen at No. 64. They moved the roster forward and banked a B- for it.

They will regret leaving wide receiver for another day if the season turns on it. They are betting Capehart proves the room right and everyone else wrong.

The Solomon pick is fine in a vacuum, less so with wide receiver, offensive lineman and other spots still on the board. They went 4 of 8 on their needs, which is most of what a draft is for.

Nothing here to lose sleep over, and plenty to feel decent about.
