The 49ers treated their own grade as gospel and everyone else's as noise, spending the 236th pick on Jalen Travis a full 51 spots early.

However the rest shakes out, Johnson at that price is a win they earned. They covered a lot of ground and still skipped quarterback, which is a strange place to end up.

The roster is better shaped than it was, with offensive lineman chief among the fixes.

Hit on Mike Green and the swing picks, and this ages a lot better than it grades today.
