The Bears looked at the value chart, folded it up, and took Phillip Webb at slot 147 regardless, 143 picks early. Call it a sensible B-, earned the boring way.

That is an offensive lineman worth more than the slot they spent on him, plainly. The running back hole is the one line item this class does not answer.
