More right than wrong for the 49ers, and a B to prove it.

The 49ers looked at the value chart, folded it up, and took Will Sheppard at Round 7, Pick 11 regardless, 105 picks early.

The Williams pick alone nudges the whole weekend up a notch. The quarterback hole is the one line item this class does not answer. Job largely done: offensive lineman settled and 6 of 8 of the wish list covered.

The skill positions did well by the weekend.

All told, a solid class that does its job everywhere but quarterback.
